Upskilling for Healthcare Consulting
A technology consulting company came to The Xela Group with a request for consultants with specific skillsets. By combining unique cross-training programs and upskilling, we provided highly qualified talent quicker and at a modest budget.
The Xela Group was challenged to provide Agile teams to create a claims processing system. By sourcing talent with the right skillsets, we were able to deliver over 30 resources and the client was able to begin work immediately.
